PRICING
Firstly, every one of our customers can make use of the same options, enhancements and service, this is not dependent on the tariff they choose. In addition to this, our prices are flexible, so if you have busy months and quiet months, you just need to tell us and we'll alter your tariffs accordingly.

We have a 3 step pricing plan so that you can choose what prices suit your business requirements the most.

Step 1 - What sort of proofing site do you need?
Existing website integration: £95 + VAT
If you already have a website or are in the process of having one built and just need integrated e-commerce proofing pages, the start up fee costs £95 + VAT.

Full template website: £275 + VAT
If you need a complete website based on one of our templates, the cost is £275 + VAT, though this may increase if you want to add extra pages. You can find out more information on the templates by clicking here.
Step 2 - How much will you be uploading?
Our system does not restrict you to a maximum number of images per upload or across your whole site, and the tariffs do not determine how long your uploads are online for.

Start-up: £20 + VAT per upload, no monthly fee
If you are just starting up as a business, or are unsure how much to put online to begin with, you may want to opt for our start-up tariff. This is available for up to the first 6 months from completion of your site.

Inclusive: £45 + VAT per month, no charge per upload
If you are already planning quite a few uploads each month, we have an inclusive rate which covers the cost of all of your uploads with no extra charge.

Pay per upload: £15 + VAT per month, £15 + VAT per upload.
We also have a monthly pay per upload rate, which you can switch to when the start up tariff ends, or during breaks from your busy season.

As mentioned, you can switch between these tariffs at any time (excludes startup); all tariffs apply per calendar month so you can plan in advance to budget for your site.
Step 3 - How will you collect payments for your orders?
WorldPay via Everybodysmile: 6.5% + VAT commission
All orders processed using our merchant account are subject to a commission fee of 6.5% + VAT. No other handling fees are payable; this charge covers all costs incurred for processing the payment, and is just about 76 pence on a £10 order. The payments for the whole calendar month are totalled and one payment is automatically issued to you by cheque or electronic transfer at the start of the following month, less the commission fee. WorldPay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and employs a full range of fraud prevention services to help avoid any problems with card payments or suspicious transactions.

PayPal direct to Photographer: No commission
You can nominate your own PayPal premier or business account which the ordering pages will directly connect to once the basket is complete. We never charge commission on PayPal orders, though as with all payment handling companies, PayPal will levy their own charges for processing payments. You will receive payments directly to your PayPal account and it would be up to you to decide when to transfer payments into your bank account. Your customers do not need to have a PayPal account to pay you; they can still pay via a credit/debit card as usual. You cannot combine this option with the WorldPay facility.

Direct order with offline payment: No commission
You can also offer your customers the ability to provide the exact order information without paying you online. You are then emailed with their details to contact them independently and arrange payment. As we only charge commission for orders processed using our merchant account, there is no handling fee for orders placed by this method, and it can be combined with either the WorldPay or PayPal online payment options if you wish.
Anything else?

We do make a charge for other ad-hoc services, which generally include requests to amend sites already in place, and the fees can vary depending on the work involved. We will always confirm the costs before completing any work, and very minor changes rarely incur a fee.

We also charge for hosting, domain name registrations, renewals, transfers etc. Further details of these costs are available here.
